Leadership rooted in community
As the former President and CEO of Stewart Morrison Insurance Brokers Ltd., Marlene built a career centred on leadership, relationships and service. Her community involvement has extended well beyond her professional work, including leadership with the Lindsay & District Chamber of Commerce and support for local health care.
Marlene has also championed diversity, equity and inclusion within the business community. As a co-founder of EQU Consulting, she has helped create opportunities for businesses and organizations to learn, reflect and build more inclusive workplaces. Her work reflects a belief that welcoming communities are stronger communities.
