  • Has the applicant demonstrated the skills, structure, and resources to deliver a project effectively?

  • Is the proposal a creative or original solution to a community challenge?

  • Is the budget clear, realistic, and supported by other sources of funding?

  • Does the project address a pressing or systemic issue affecting the community?

  • Will the initiative strengthen local capacity, build partnerships, or foster meaningful relationships?

  • Does the project offer services or events that are free or low-cost, with attention to community affordability and inclusion?

  • Can the project be completed within 12 months of receiving funding, whether as a one-time event or a series of services or activities?
